Hook hangers are processed faster, whereas choosing an additional label extends the production process. Standard lead time for quantities between 1,000 and 30,000 pieces is approximately 14 business days.

We package our air fresheners in PET/PE film, which provides excellent product protection. The combination of PET/PE layers provides high resistance to moisture, mechanical damage, and external factors. This allows the air freshener pouch to retain the scent longer.

PET/PE film is also characterized by transparency and aesthetic appearance, which emphasizes the product's quality. An additional advantage is that it can be recycled, making it an environmentally friendly solution.

We typically use white or black elastic bands. For larger orders, it's possible to select a different colour elastic band, tailored to the customer's individual needs.

Fresh, New Car, and Vanilla scents are the most popular among customers thanks to their durability and freshness.

The standard saturation of the car air freshener is 1 ml, but after prior arrangement it is possible to increase it to 2 ml.

The shape of the car air hanger can be arbitrary. In our die-cutting database, you'll find many universal options that you can use to create your own design. You can also design your own, individual shape. However, remember that the hanger should not restrict visibility or interfere with the driver's while driving – we recommend that its dimensions fit within a 75 × 75 mm square. Of course, we can also make hangers in larger sizes.

Our minimum order quantity is 1,000 pieces. This is due to the technological nature of our production process – preparing printing plates, cutting dies, and the entire production line involves fixed costs, which are disproportionately high for smaller quantities. Therefore, orders below 1,000 pieces become unprofitable for both the customer and the manufacturer. For quantities above 1,000 pieces, unit costs are significantly reduced, allowing for competitive pricing and high-quality workmanship.

Yes, we pack playing cards - both single pieces and complete decks. We use the flow pack method for this, which provides tight and aesthetically pleasing packaging. Depending on your needs, the film can be transparent, which allows you to expose the design of the cards, or printed, which provides an additional marketing element and increases the attractiveness of the product. Such a solution not only protects the cards from dirt and damage, but also gives them a professional and elegant look.

For packaging car scent hangers we use PET/PE film with a thickness of 40 μm. For other products we recommend BOPP film with a thickness of 35 μm, ensuring adequate protection and aesthetic packaging appearance.

Our packages are equipped with a zig-zag seal, which significantly facilitates their opening. Even without the use of scissors, you can easily and conveniently open the contents. This type of seal ensures both functionality and an aesthetic appearance, maintaining tightness and protection until first use.

Yes, the film can have a silver color – this is called metallized film. It not only gives the packaging an elegant and attractive appearance, but also increases its resistance to light and moisture. Additionally, the metallized film can be printed with logos, graphics, or advertising content, combining protection with high aesthetics.

The standard thickness of the coaster is 1 mm, but after prior arrangement, it is possible to produce a 2 mm thick coaster.

We use offset printing, which ensures high print quality, precise color reproduction, and sharp details. This makes logos, illustrations, and graphics clear and aesthetically pleasing. Offset printing also enables consistent results in large print runs.

Yes, our coasters are made of beermat – a high-quality, moisture-absorbing material, laminated with offset paper. This combination ensures durability, water resistance, and excellent printing quality.

Standard coaster sizes include round (10 cm diameter) and square (9.3 × 9.3 cm). Custom shapes and dimensions are available upon request to match your needs or event type.

The average cost of a new die-cutting tool is around 100 EUR net. The exact price can be quoted after receiving the design.

Prepare your graphic in CMYK mode, 300 DPI resolution. Convert all fonts to curves. Black text should be 100% black, with ink density not exceeding 300%. Important elements (like logos) should be in curves. Add 3 mm bleeds, and keep critical content at least 3 mm from edges. Place the die-line on a separate layer, in spot color and overprint mode. Submit as a PDF file.
